How Habit Stacking Can Help You Achieve Your Wellness Goals

You may have heard of habit stacking and if not, you should definitely keep reading because it’s a game changer. This simple and effective technique makes adding a new habit or two so much easier. If you’re like me you are used to your current routine, and it often times feels overwhelming to add something new. I was skeptical about habit stacking but after trying it myself, realized why people refer to it so often. The technique is just as it sounds, stacking a new habit with an existing one to make it fit more seamlessly into your current routine.
