Returns

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email us (see contact below) with the subject “Damaged Order” within 5 days of receiving your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email us (see contact below) within 14 days of receiving your item with the subject “Return Request” to initiate your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also provide you with the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original form of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, based on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by Lavender House LLC.
